Again the Western Maine Art Group presents the longest-lived fine arts show in the Oxford Hills. Since 1967 artists and artisans have been coming to Main Street in Norway, Maine to exhibit and sell their work. Our goal has never varied - to support you in creating art, and to share your art with the community.

For 2008 we plan the best show ever, with over $6000 in prizes and purchase awards for our artists, powerful publicity to bring you customers, and organization second to none.  We share the day with the Norway Arts Festival, a wide-ranging set of events carefully corrdinated with the Sidwalk Art Festival that brings music, performance, poetry and good food to Main Street.  Main Street businesses and organizations welcome you, supporting the Show with donations and art purchases.

Norway's Main Street is a unique setting for your art, a historic district that features buildings and businesses that have been part of Norway for over a century, a real, comfortable Main Street in a time when our artistic spirit may seem oppressed by encroaching strip malls.
